HUMMUS

Chickpea goodness. High in fiber, a good source of protein, and totally plant based. Local and organic ingredients where possible.

PITA

Pillowy vehicle that adds depth and soft texture to any dip.

Zhoug (ts-ch-oo-g)

Spicy, herby green sauce. A perfect compliment to hummus and pita, that is if you can handle spicy food. We don’t soften the blow; too much. Harder to say than it is to eat.

Mar-beetz

Mister sweet beets that won’t beet you up. Caramelized onions, pomegranate molasses, ginger, and Dijon. *Marbeetz in Hebrew means to ‘beat you up’ and '‘mar” means Mr.

Shakshukah

Old school ‘peasant’ food; tomatoes, onions, and peppers with some spices. The most available produce in the Middle East way back whenever.

sabich (ish)

Sabich is usually a sandwich with eggs, amba (curry), and eggplant. We just combined everything into a dip. Spread in a pita with some salad or Mar-beetz and you have a protein filled, fresh meal.

P4 (Muhammarah)

Pepper, pecan, paprika, pomegranate dip. Earthy and sweet.

Roasted Savory Pecans

Not sweet pecans, savory and a little spicy; garlic, onions, pepper, celery, olive oil, vinegar.
